AI and Automated Testing Disclaimer
What automated scans and AI-generated fixes can and cannot tell you about accessibility and legal compliance.

Automated testing has limits
Inclusivio uses automated rules, including the open-source axe-core engine, to test pages against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria. Automated tools reliably detect only a portion of accessibility barriers. Many criteria, such as meaningful alternative text, logical focus order, understandable content, and usable keyboard and screen reader flows, require human judgment and testing with assistive technology.
A clean scan does not mean a page is accessible. Results reflect the page as it loaded at scan time and may miss content behind logins, interactions, or dynamic states.
AI-generated fixes
Fix suggestions, explanations, captions, and summaries are generated by AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. Review every suggestion, test it in your own environment, and confirm it with assistive technology before deploying it. You are responsible for changes you make to your sites.
Not legal advice or certification
Inclusivio does not provide legal advice and does not certify compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508, the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, AODA, or any other law or standard. Using Inclusivio does not protect you from accessibility complaints or lawsuits. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney; for conformance claims, pair our results with a manual audit by qualified testers.
