Legal Support
What we provide to Scale and Enterprise customers who receive an accessibility demand letter or lawsuit, and what we do not.
Last updated October 26, 2026
Who it is for
Legal support is included with the Scale and Enterprise plans while the subscription is active. It applies to accessibility demand letters and lawsuits about a website your account scans with Inclusivio.
What is included
When you request legal support from Settings, we provide:
- A documentation package: a PDF built from your account's data, covering scan history, issue status history and the evidence of remediation recorded in Inclusivio.
- A written summary of your accessibility efforts, prepared by an accessibility specialist, that you or your counsel can use in a response.
- Priority scheduling for a VPAT or an expert accessibility audit.
What is not included
Legal support is documentation and expert help. It is not:
- Legal advice or legal representation. We are not a law firm. Work with your own attorney on any claim.
- Insurance, indemnity, or payment of any settlement, damages, fees or costs.
- A guarantee of any outcome, or a statement that your website conforms to WCAG or complies with the ADA or any other law.
- Coverage for websites, periods or issues that are not recorded in your Inclusivio account.
What we rely on
Automated scans find many, but not all, accessibility barriers. The documentation package reflects only what your account recorded: the scans you ran, the issue statuses your team set and the fixes you logged. Its accuracy depends on that record.
How to request it
Open Settings, go to Legal support and submit the form with the date you received the letter or complaint and a short description. We reply from contact@thea11ylabs.com, usually within two business days. Share the letter or complaint with us only if your attorney agrees.
Ending
Legal support ends when your Scale or Enterprise subscription ends. Requests submitted while the subscription was active are completed.
