Current subprocessors

Each provider processes data only to deliver its part of the Service and is bound by data protection terms.

  • Vercel, Inc. (United States): application hosting, serverless functions, and server logs.
  • Convex, Inc. (United States): application database and file storage for accounts, organizations, scans, results, and reports.
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (United States): file storage for studio recordings and temporary guest previews.
  • WorkOS, Inc. (United States): authentication, single sign-on, and organization membership.
  • Stripe, Inc. (United States): payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and tax.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States): AI models for fix suggestions, explanations, and captions.
  • Google LLC (United States): Gemini AI models for visual and media analysis.
  • AssemblyAI, Inc. (United States): speech-to-text for caption generation, when used.
  • PostHog, Inc. (United States or European Union, per configuration): product analytics and error tracking.

Platforms you connect

When you install the Inclusivio Shopify app, Shopify Inc. shares store data with us according to the permissions you approve. Shopify acts as an independent platform, not our subprocessor.

Updates

We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing customer personal data. To be notified, or to object as described in our Data Processing Addendum, email contact@thea11ylabs.com.
